"Bernadette has acted as the selling agent for our purchase of a 4-bed terraced house in Lambeth. She has taken a significant role in the negotiation and assisting the due diligence process throughout. As a purchaser, the house that she was marketing didn't particularly catch our attention at first when we inquired it from a previous agent.
